Simplified Design Consultations are a few steps up from a "regular landscaper" and a few steps removed from our Complete Landscape Design Service.

After (or in lieu of) the initial consultation, you may opt for a simple one time visit to your property. This process is usually selected for simple projects that do not require blueprints. Examples would be adding a pond or flower beds, adding plantings or flowers to an existing landscape, maintenance of existing landscape features, or simple dimension jobs. You get the benefits of a project designed by a landscape architect without the cost and time factors associated with a sketch plan.

I do make a charge for the Simplified Design Consultation, it is lower than a sketch plan fee, and it will be applied as a payment towards the contract. The fee is $300 and is due upon my arrival. During my visit, we will design, price, and contract the work to be done. 

The benefits of a Simple Design Consultation are:

1. Lower cost and quicker than a Complete Landscape Design.
   
2. Fee is also a deposit on the work.
   
3. The work is aesthetically, horticulturally, and functionally better than a typical landscapers, at a competitive price.

Before any design service is rendered, a Design Agreement must be signed. Likewise, before any work can be started, a contract must be signed.
